摘要: Osteosarcoma is a rare malignant bone tumor with high degree of malignancy. HULC (highly upregulated in liver cancer), long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) was involved hepatocellular carcinoma development and progression, but its underlying mechanism osteosarcoma unknown. The aim this study to explore the functional role osteosarcoma. conducted human cell lines expression detected by qRT-PCR. Furthermore, effects on tumorigenicity cells were evaluated vitro assays. Results revealed that highly expressed MG63 OS-732 compared osteoblast hFOB1.19 cells. Suppression inhibited viability, migration, invasion, promoted apoptosis. functioned as an endogenous sponge for miR-122, silence through upregulating miR-122. HNF4G target effect same HULC. overexpression miR-122 inactivated PI3K/AKT, JAK/STAT, Notch pathways downregulation HNF4G. These findings suggest knockdown proliferation, invasion sponging may act novel therapeutic management
