摘要: The development of information technology and telecommunication has created both opportunities challenges for business organizations. On the one hand, it provides various channels applications accessing, processing distributing information; on other imposes higher requirements literacy (IL) skills employees dealing with information. Despite number studies undertaken to investigate role IL in workplace, few them have integrated a specific management activity, even fewer tried evaluate impact real applications.
