摘要: Fungal laccase can be detected with the nonautooxidizable laccasespecific compound, syringaldazine, in presence of tyrosinase and peroxidase. Data are presented from tests azine derivative numerous fungous sporophores associated decayed woody tissues various localities Wisconsin Oregon. Syringaldazine is shown to a reliable replacement more specific reagent for detection extracellular fungal laccase, absence hydrogen peroxide, Laccase further implicated fruit-body formation.
