摘要: The effects of boundaries such as grain and phase on low-field magnetoresistance (LFMR) have been investigated in single-phase lanthanum strontium manganates, this case La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 (LSMO) LSMO: zinc oxide (ZnO) nanocomposite thin films. In the pure LSMO films with similar size, it is found that LFMR increases misorientation factor (β) increases. greatly enhanced, compared films, due to reduced increased boundary (PB) β effects. composition study shows can be dramatically enhanced when secondary content approaches percolation threshold. concentration reduce cross-section electron conduction paths favor formation quasi-one-dimensional transport channels. Our results demonstrate reduction by tuning orientation necessary for enhancing effect.
