摘要: The red-emitting phosphors Ca9Eu2W4O24 and Sr9Eu2W4O24 were synthesized by the solid-state reaction method. crystal phases characterized X-ray powder diffraction. photoluminescence excitation emission spectra investigated. luminescence confirm that are efficiently excited near UV light. dependence of intensities on heating temperatures was phosphor exhibits higher thermal stability than Sr9Eu2W4O24. crystallographic sites for Eu3+ ions in investigated site-selective 5D0 → 7F0 wavelength region. It is identified occupy only M (statistically occupied 0.5Eu 0.5Ca) and, however, can substitute both (Eu3+ + Sr2+) Sr2+ discussed basis structure, site-distributions energy transfer.
