摘要: This paper is a numeric-analytical work on generating second harmonic by using guided wave optics in lieu of plane ray for the reason that gives more accurate representation nonlinear optical phenomena. In this analysis we have taken reverse tapered isotropic semiconductor slab where effects law reflection are minimized. Other lossy factors like surface roughness, Goos-Hanchen shift and absorption losses also incorporated computer-aided simulation results. The parametric changes explained results section to give better perspective whole analysis. obtained terms efficiency 3 dB bandwidth superior compared structure slab.
