摘要: Provided are a stack semiconductor package manufactured by multiple molding that can prevent the breakage due to stress concentration at connecting portion between separate packages and method of manufacturing same. The stacked combined together through sealing resins them times, resulting in uniform distribution across substantially entire interface packages.
