摘要: A closed circuit process for the production of expanded polystyrene foam is described, comprising steps of: (a) pre-expanding raw beads containing a blowing agent in pre-expansion vessel; (b) storing one or more storage containers to allow return substantially atmospheric pressure; (c) molding desired configu­ration mold with steam; and (d) removing thus-formed article from placing such an aging room, wherein at each stage released recovered, separated any residual steam by means con­densing system, introduced into burner generator, thereby serving as fuel pro­cess.
