摘要: Magnetic characteristics of arrays Ni nanowires embedded in porous alumina are reviewed as a function their spatial ordering. The different steps for the controlled production highly-ordered is firstly described. Nanopores formed into an hexagonal symmetry arrangement by self-organized process during anodization pure Al. Parameters allow us to control diameter, lattice parameter and size crystalline domains. Subsequently, grown inside pores electrodeposition. Control filling geometrical ordering has been performed SEM, HRSEM, RBS AFM techniques. magnetic characterisation achieved SQUID VSM magnetometers, while information on state individual obtained MFM. Experimental studies presented, particularly coercivity remanence, with degree (crystalline domains up around 1 μm), ratio diameter (diameter ranging between 20 180 nm, distance 35 500 nm). FMR have allows obtain complementary anisotropy characteristics. A modelling multipolar interacting introduced account influence short long range arrays.
