摘要: Abstract Morphological and physiological techniques were used to study the effects of radiation-induced hypomyelinating neuropathy on innervation skeletal muscle in mouse. The right sciatic nerve was crushed focally 3 days later hind limb exposed 20Gy X-rays. After reinnervation original end-plate sites there extensive formation ultraterminal sprouts new end-plates characterised by small terminals rudimentary postsynaptic folds. In vitro examination soleus nerve—muscle preparations showed reduced frequency spontaneous miniature potentials low quantal content evoked potentials. findings indicate that may cause reduction release neurotransmitter.
