摘要: Abstract Accurate eye models representing the anatomic and optical behavior of real human are essential for design development implantable intraocular lenses (IOLs) cataract surgery. The correct prediction IOL's dioptric power is high importance, as a wrongly chosen IOL outpaces every other known aberration in loss visual acuity. An introduction into modeling given encompassing biometric data acquisition, 4 paradigms (population based-and personalized modeling, calculation discrete, physical models) description some procedures. Finally, field tracing simulations trifocal diffractive different (Navarro model, Liou-Brennan model ISO model) compared. It concluded that will have to be substituted by more realistic cases where addition value multifocal obtained correctly measurements.
