摘要: Methods are provided for reducing the phenotypic expression of a nucleic acid interest in plant cells, by providing aberrant, preferably unpolyadenylated, target-specific RNA to nucleus host cell. Preferably, unpolyadenylated is transcription chimeric gene comprising promoter, DNA region encoding RNA, self-splicing ribozyme and involved 3′ end formation polyadenylation.
