摘要: We introduce a scattering-type scanning near-field infrared microscope (s-SNIM) for the local scale sample analysis and spectroscopy from room temperature down to liquid helium (LHe) temperature. The extension of s-SNIM T = 5 K is in particular crucial low-temperature phase transitions, e.g., examination superconductors, as well low energy excitations. (LT) performance tested with CO2-IR excitation at 7 using bare Au reference structured Si/SiO2-sample. Furthermore, we quantify impact laser heating under tip apex by monitoring light-induced ferroelectric-to-paraelectric transition skyrmion-hosting multiferroic material GaV4S8 Tc 42 K. apply LT study spectral response its lateral domain structure ferroelectric mid-IR THz free-electron laser-light source FELBE Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf, Germany.
