摘要: Background Complex mitral valve disease can require surgical repair techniques that are challenging in a minimally invasive context and may expose patients to prolonged cardiopulmonary bypass cross-clamp times. This study reviewed simplified stepwise operative approach for the treatment of complex bileaflet disease, early outcomes, midterm follow-up. Methods A total 140 consecutive with underwent video-assisted right at center (Anthea Hospital, Bari, Italy) between 2008 2016.
