摘要: The aim of the article is to discuss concept flexicurity presented as a new paradigm for analyzing modern labor markets (analytical perspective) and metaphor policies striving better balance between flexibility security (normative perspective). purpose clarify these analytical normative meanings from theoretical empirical perspective. Flexicurity has been policy strategy since 2005/2006 endorsed by European Commission put on top political agenda Employment Strategy EU 2020, 10-year EU.
