摘要: Electrospinning is affected by high variability, and an accurate setting of process parameters fundamental for producing quality nanofibers. This work aims at determining the optimal values main (polymer concentration, polymer feed rate, voltage) as a function environmental factors (temperature humidity), in order to obtain nanofibrous materials within specific range fiber diameter porosity, same time minimize production defects. The response surfaces diameter, defects are first determined with central composite design. These then employed input optimization problem: porosity used constrain admissible region, where minimum defect surface searched. approach tested on prototype electrospinning machine. estimated capture variability respect both factors, capable getting parameters. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
