摘要: Analytical ultracentrifugation is a free solution technique with no supplementary immobilization, columns or membranes required, and can be used to study self-association hetero-interactions, stoichiometry, reversibility interaction strength across very large dynamic range (dissociation constants from 10 −12 M −1 M). In the present paper, we review some of advances that have been made in two different types sedimentation experiment – equilibrium velocity for analysis protein–protein interactions indicate how major complications such as thermodynamic hydrodynamic non-ideality dealt with.
