摘要: As a continuation of the chapter retrograde Diels–Alder reactions in Comprehensive Organic Synthesis, retro (rDA) published period 1990–2011 are reviewed. The rDA suitable for construction organic compounds through adducts from dienes and dienophiles followed by decomposition, mostly heating or applying flash vacuum pyrolysis. target include alkenes, arenes, different heterocycles, but also fullerenes carbon nanotubes. great number variety products make highly important field chemistry. Some methods preparation enantiomerically pure compounds. theoretical practical aspects mechanistic features discussed.
