摘要: An aspect of the present invention is directed towards DNA plasmid vaccines capable generating in a mammal an immune response against plurality influenza virus subtypes, comprising and pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. The expressing consensus antigen cell quantity effective to elicit mammal, wherein comprises hemagglutinin (HA), neuraminidase (NA), matrix protein, nucleoprotein, M2 ectodomain-nucleo-protein (M2e-NP), or combination thereof. Preferably HA, NA, M2e-NP, promoter operably linked coding sequence that encodes antigen. Additionally, includes methods eliciting subtypes using provided.
