摘要: This invention relates to compression of prediction error in motion compensated video coding schemes. Prediction frame and vectors are used extract useful information about the properties signal, e.g. its location, directionality, etc. does not need be transmitted because decoder proposed system includes means this information. Information extracted by encoder is adapt scheme which gives substantial bitrate reductions.
