摘要: The aetiology of pathologic scarring is unknown today regarding the keloids. authors have analyzed literature and own experience retrospectively according to evidence based treatments prevention hypertrophic keloid scars. corticosteroids been used intralesionally since beginning 1960-ies. It was followed by pressure garment therapy in order treat widespread burns scars early 1970-ies. silicone gel sheeting being 1980-ies. basic treatment keloids changed, radiotherapy combined with above mentioned methods because its high recurrence rate. Newer methods, cryosurgery as well lasers were number effective topical agents increased. researchers looking for other, usable medicine genetic causes more than ten years. clinicians had standard protocols adjunct alternative too. After having internationally accepted scar assessment system (Vancouver-scar scale score), controlled, randomized trials practicable. prospective evaluation efficacy different adequate follow-up became performable. comparison difficult lack outcome.
