摘要: In January 2015, there was an outbreak of avian-origin influenza A (H7N9) virus in Zhejiang Province, China. 45-year-old man admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital University with a high fever that had lasted 7 days, chills, and cough yellow sputum. Laboratory testing confirmed infection H7N9 virus, likely obtained from contact poultry at local live market. large dense shadow apparent patient's left lung time admission. Treatment oseltamivir (75mg twice daily) did not improve condition. The decision made try using convalescent plasma treat infection. Convalescent administered 3 days after patient hospital led marked improvement. To our knowledge, this is first report successful use case These results suggest combination antiviral drugs may be effective for treatment
