摘要: Dynamic pull-in behavior of nonlocal functionally graded nano-actuators by considering Casimir attraction is investigated in this paper. It assumed that the nano-bridge initially at rest and fundamental frequency nano-structure as a function system parameters obtained asymptotically Iteration Perturbation Method (IPM). The effects actuation voltage, parameter, properties FGM materials intermolecular force on dynamic are studied. exhibited two terms series expansions adequate to achieve acceptable approximations for well analytic solution. Comparison between results based asymptotic analysis reported experimental numerical literature, verify effectiveness analysis.
