摘要: Optical and radio observations of nearby distant powerful galaxies with extended optical emission-line regions are discussed. Comparisons images continuum maps, supplemented detailed spectroscopy, show that the interaction jets lobes ambient gas can have dramatic consequences for both source its surrounding medium.
