摘要: The level of lead and cadmium in foodstuffs the Republic Croatia was determined by method atomic absorption spectrophotometry from beginning 1988 to mid 1993. Mean weekly dietary intake these toxic metals then estimated on basis contamination consumption concerned. results show that mean is 701 μg/person 121.4 μg cadmium/person. With respect provisional tolerable (PTWI), values are equal 19.9% for 24.4% cadmium.
