摘要: Summary The effect of arginine vasopressin (AVP) on Na + kinetics was examined in cultured rat vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC) and renal papillary collecting tubule (RPCT) by the direct measurement intracellular sodium concentration ([Na ]i) using fluorescence dye; SBPT. AVP increased [Na ]i a dose-dependent manner at 10 −9 M or higher VSMC but did not affect RPCT. calcium (Ca 2+ -free solution completely blocked increasing VSMC. A Ca ionophone, ionomycin (1 – 2 × −6 M) both abolished ionomycin-increased These results therefore indicate that after binding V 1 receptor increases mediated through an increase cellular uptake
