摘要: Ceramic powder of BaCe0.54Zr0.36Y0.1O2.95 (BCZY) was successfully synthesized via a modified sol–gel method using metal nitrate salts as precursors. The synthesis accomplished by three different types surfactants which are cationic (benzalkonium chloride), anionic (sodium dodecyl sulfate) and nonionic surfactant (polyoxyethylene (10) oleyl ether). Citric acid ethylene glycol were used chelating polymerization agent, respectively. crystal form morphology the powders characterized Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffractometer scanning electron microscope (SEM). FTIR spectra showed traces carbonate residues in all samples due to presence hydrocarbon group structure even after calcination process at T = 1100 °C. Samples prepared consists multi-phases compounds dominated BaCO3, BaCeO3, CeO2 BaZrO3. On other hand, produce single phase BCZY perovskite-type oxide. SEM images revealed that sample without exhibits severe agglomeration. Morphology particles for applying was, respectively, cubical spherical shape. As surfactant, particle obtained uniform optimum result adding Brij97, indicates high crystallinity temperature 950 °C size ranging from 20 80 nm. It can be concluded affects formation ceramic well its morphology.
