摘要: Modelling can simulate the responses of virtual plants carrying diverse combinations alleles under different scenarios abiotic stress. The main difficulty is mathematically expressing genetic variability to environmental conditions. via gene regulatory networks not feasible for such complex systems, but be modelled using response curves conditions that are 'meta mechanisms' at plant level. Each genotype represented by a set parameters valid wide range Transgenesis one function experimentally affected parameter only. Transgenic or any combination quantitative trait loci might therefore simulated and tested climatic scenarios, before manipulations performed.
