摘要: The effect of vibrotactile stimulation on relaxation as measured by EMG recording the frontalis and trapezius muscles subjective report was assessed. It predicted that low-frequency (less than 70 Hz) would facilitate muscle when both recordings report. participants (8 male 8 female) were randomly assigned to split-plot, before/after design consisting four between-subjects treatments one within-subjects treatment (pre- post-treatment). footrest vibration, backrest footrest-backrest vibration combined, control. included pre- post-treatment levels. Results repeated-measures analyses variance each set data yielded a significant change from posttreatment condition all measures tension except utility using measure is discussed.
