摘要: To this day, the design of preforms for hot forging processes is still a manual trial and error process therefore time consuming. Furthermore, its quality vastly depends on engineer’s experience. At same time, preform most influencing stage final result. overcome dependency experience time-consuming optimization paper presents evaluates by an algorithm cross wedge rolled preforms. This takes mass distribution part, volume, shape complexity, appearance folds in part occurring amount flash into account. forms multi-criteria problem resulting large search spaces.
