摘要: NK cells are capable of responding quickly to infectious challenge and contribute the early defense against a wide variety pathogens. Although innate cell response murine CMV (MCMV) has been extensively characterized, its resolution fate activated population remains unexplored. Herein, we characterize both expansion contraction phases MCMV. We demonstrate that recruitment into immune MCMV infection is restricted first 3 days as peripheral compartment expands, undergo accelerated phenotypic maturation. During response, compartmental marked by selective death cells. Additionally, throughout infection, naive pool responsive additional stimuli actively maintained. These findings illustrate plasticity in pathogens underscore homeostatic maintenance resting pool.
