摘要: The aim of our research was to investigate the effects prolonged use angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor enalapril and angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) candesartan on blood levels basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) dynamics pulmonary artery systolic pressure (PASP) in patients with chronic heart disease (CPHD). study involved 282 compensated decompensated CPHD failure (HF) NYHA Class II-IV, including 214 (75.9%) men 68 (24.1%) women. average age – (59.2 ± 10.8) years, women (63.7 4.5) years.
