Development of a lateral flow immunoassay for the detection of total malachite green residues in fish tissues

摘要: We developed a sensitive lateral flow immunoassay (LFI) for the detection of total malachite green (MG) residues in fish tissues. LFI was based on colloidal gold nanoparticle-labeled monoclonal antibody against MG , which generated by fast immunization carboxymalachite green-bovine serum albumin. The half-maximum inhibition concentration (IC50) (MG mAb) 0.057 ng/ml with linear range 0.020–0.162 ng/ml. Following optimization LFI, qualitatively visual limit 1 and semi-quantitatively 0.418 (IC50 calibration curve) were obtained 8 min. Cross-reactivity most analogs negligible, expect crystal violet (CV; 78.6% cross-reactivity). is novel assay mAb that has applications rapid CV products.
