Neuronal cell surfaces: distinctive glycoproteins of cultured adrenergic and cholinergic sympathetic neurons

摘要: Cell surface components which are candidates for a role in nerve-target interactions specific neurons of particular transmitter types the sympathetic nervous system have been identified. Neurons superior cervical ganglia neonatal rats were dissociated and cultured virtual absence non-neuronal cells under conditions previously found to control their choice neurotransmitter.
