摘要: Abstract We used three stable reactors to investigate the rates of nitrate removal coupled with iron cycle and subsequent influence reaction on bacterial communities. The iron-reducing bacterium Klebsiella sp. FC61 was immobilized reactor columns experimental groups B (only Klebsiella) C (Klebsiella + magnetite). With fluctuation Fe2 + Fe3+ (iron cycle), average efficiency increased from 73.22% 93.91% 86.92% 97.84% in C, respectively, as influent concentration decreased 40 10 mg/L. However, rate showed opposite trend (from 2.08 mg/L/h 0.67 mg/L/h 2.41 mg/L/h 0.69 mg/L/h respectively) decreased. Analysis microbial distribution community structures indicated that population 18.21% 41.21%) 25.43% 46.80%) contributed effective reactors.
