摘要: We propose a constructive procedure for building distribut-ed cognition model of system out contextual / ethnographic data. then show how such can be conveniently used studying, in repeatable and justifiable way, if correctly implements selected user-centred design principles. Our approach thus complements user studies that it enables reasoning about the situated use teamwork even before direct involvement. have applied our to healthcare case study. In particular, we re-analysed well-known adverse incident led fatality which comprehensive investigation report is public domain. By distributed model, identified several issues were not addressed nor other subsequent analyses.
