摘要: Abstract The potentialities of a new mass fragmentographic method for the quantitative determination 11 estrogens have been explored. These (estriol, estrone, 2-methoxyestrone, estradiol-17β, estradiol-17α, 16-epiestriol, 17-epiestriol, 16α-hydroxyestrone, 16β-hydroxyestrone, 16-oxoestradiol-17β and 15α-hydroxyestrone) were quantitatively determined in bile from male female (post-menopausal) subjects urine non-pregnant women. It was also possible to measure these unconjugated conjugated fractions 20-ml pool pregnancy plasma. observed that is superior conventional gas chromatographie techniques, especially with regard sensitivity specificity.
