摘要: Abstract The microstructure and magnetic properties of sputtered Fe-Pt thin films were studied as a function Pt content from 0 to 60 at%. Polycrystalline ferromagnetic obtained in the range studied. X-ray analysis observations revealed that hardening caused by changing ordering γ phase.
