摘要: To investigate the mechanism of persistent proliferation rheumatoid arthritis (RA) synoviocytes in situ, we examined activity telomerase enzyme and expression related factors cultured synoviocytes. Cultured obtained from patients with (n = 29), osteoarthritis (OA, n 18), traumatic joint disease (TJD, 4) were examined. Telomerase was detected by TRAP (telomeric repeat amplification protocol) assay, 12 out 29 samples (41%) RA showed a positive activity, whereas none OA TJD this activity. Results confirmed PCR-ELISA. The enhanced basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF). mRNA factors, such as hTERC, TRF2, TEP-1, no difference between Our results suggest that is activated synoviocytes, bFGF upregulates
