摘要: The present invention relates to a food composition prepared by method of sterilizing. More specifically sterilizing process designed be used in an aseptic that comprises the steps transferring said into heating unit; passing electric current through composition; maintaining power mass flow rate range unit from about 125 kJoules/kg 750 kJoules/kg; adjusting maintain temperature exiting 75°C 175°C; and cooling final 5°C 100°C.
