摘要: DNA cross-links were found in nuclei isolated from the liver and kidney of rats treated with chromate. A dose-dependent relationship between chromate exposure total was determined using alkaline elution technique. mainly DNA-protein nature. Chromate also induced a small amount interstrand kidney. Liver contained protein-associated single strand breaks addition to cross-links. The organotropic damage by is discussed relation carcinogenicity toxicity chromium(VI) compounds.
