摘要: Inorganic electrolyte consisting of Li 2 CO3 and LiI with the incorporation MnO as fillers was prepared by a mechanical milling technique. The effects ceramic filler concentration on host system were investigated deploying electrical impedance spectroscopy, EIS measurement at temperature range 298-373K. It revealed that incorporating 9 wt. % in CO 3 /LiI significantly enhanced conductivity from 4x10 -3 S/cm up to 8x10 S/cm. Nano-particle inorganic oxides have been found act ions dissociation enhancer solid electrolytes. Dielectric analysis performed investigate migration process electrolyte. dielectric study showed ionic observed increase function temperature, suggesting is thermally assisted. plots conductivity, varied 298 – 373K obey Arrhenius law.
