摘要: Abstract Addition of .2% modified deMan, Rogosa, Sharp broth permitted growth four species Bifidobacterium in either 10 or 12% nonfat dry milk. Serial propagations adolescentis, infantis , and longum were successful the milk, but bifidum required addition ascorbic acid. Cysteine (.05%) plus pyruvic acid (.2%) successfully replaced for bifidum. was stable to lyophilization, lyophilized showed no decrease viability during storage 4 mo at 4°C under air a dessicator suspension (2×10 6 /ml) least 7 days refrigerated pasteurized lowfat
