摘要: Hypertension had relation to angiotensin I converting enzyme (ACE) activity and inflammation. In our previous research, sardine peptides (SP) with ACE inhibitory were prepared. However, the combinative effect of SP quercetin (QC) on hypertension alleviation was still unknown. present study, antihypertensive QC discovered optimal proportion (v/v=8:2, 20.00mg/mL 12.99μg/mL for their original concentrations) screened inhibition in vitro. And vivo experiment supported it by indicating that mixture reduced systolic blood pressure, heart, left ventricular kidney weight corresponding indices, serum activity, angiotensin-II (ANG-II) tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) (in high dose) concentration SHR rats.
