摘要: The modulation properties of dually modulated mutually coupled nanolasers have been analysed using rate equations which include the Purcell cavity-enhanced spontaneous emission factor F and coupling β . Specific attention is given to zero crosstalk operating regimes where responses are independent. Such may provide either bidirectional isolation both operate independently or unidirectional-isolation one nanolaser immune other but not vice versa. Access zero-crosstalk regime is, in general, enabled by strong driving large depth nanolasers.
