摘要: Lung cancer is one of the foremost tumor-associated cause death in world. Most patients with NSCLC possesses an advanced disease at diagnosis, and are thus probable subject for systemic therapy. This study aims to evaluate cytotoxicity vinblastine docetaxel combined therapy treatment NSCLC, as well verapamil (VER) enhancement We conducted P-glycoprotein (P-gp) gene expression, protein expression RT-PCR western blot respectively, apoptotic response VER also determined using DAPI staining (%).
