摘要: In 1990, the first generation of cold tolerant experimental sorghum [Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench] hybrids adapted to Mexican High Central Valleys was evaluated, and in 1995, second developed, with new Band R- lines. With purpose evaluating genetic variability adaptability two generations parental lines for grain yield other traits, five experiments (three irrigated under rain fed conditions) were set up 1996, contrasting environments at 2250 m altitude. Each experiment included 12 from 1 st generation, 80 2 nd , their corresponding four testers, an 11X11 square lattice repetitions. The plot had rows (3 long, 0.7 wide) one plant each 10 cm. earlier flowering, greater better agronomic characteristics than those cv.
