摘要: This paper describes the synthesis of Fe doped ZnO samples Zn{sub 1-x}Fe{sub x}0, where x various from 0.01≤x≤0.05 (in steps 0.01) by solution method. The effect ions doping on structural, optical and magnetic properties was investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Photoluminescence vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) measurements. observed result indicates that are single phase formation wurtzite structure without any significant secondary in it. photoluminescence spectra reveals presence Zn vacancies. property prepared studied a results revealed super-paramagnetic behavior for samples.
