Exploring the multi-level governance of welfare provision and social innovation : welfare mix, welfare models and rescaling

摘要: This paper is concerned with the spatial and institutional conditions under which localized forms of social innovation can complement strengthen existing institutionalized welfare programs schemes. It aims to identify relevant concepts analytically frame socially innovative policies within changing context state policies.
