摘要: Intravenous Immunoglobulin G (IVIG) is one of the most important and widely used human plasma fractions. Although this there are some precautions should be considered to use product; e.g. biochemical, biological, immunological, safety (virus transmission) for each produce patch. The aim study was investigate four commercial IVIG preparations in Egyptian hospitals. results show that from Korean Green Cross Cooperation Octapharma contained 100% intact IgG, while IVIG-VACSERA VIGAM-S 98-99% IgG. IgG subclass distribution corresponded normal plasma, except IVIG-VACSERA, where IgG_2 slightly elevated. VIAGM-S acceptable traces IgA/IgM, both 130/150 100/80 microg/ml, respectively. Each preparation had a strong potential react with respiratory enteric bacterial LPS tetanus toxoid antigen. Our general agreement previous status worldwide diphtheria immunity status. immunoreactivity other antigen will discuss.
